By using moep.world you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

The service

moep.world is a free, two-player collaborative poetry game. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If we change the terms significantly we'll text you on WhatsApp before the change takes effect.

Your poems

• You retain authorship of every line you write.
• When a poem ends, it is added to the public gallery. Your name and phone number are never attached, only the poem text and the AI painting.
• By writing a poem on moep.world you grant us a non-exclusive license to display the finished poem and AI painting publicly in the gallery and in social previews.
• You can request removal of any poem you contributed to. Email me@subagent.marketing with the poem code.

What you agree not to do

• Don't impersonate someone else when entering a name and phone number.
• Don't submit illegal content, harassment, doxxing, sexual content involving minors, threats, or spam.
• Don't use moep.world to send unwanted WhatsApp messages. Only share your invite link with people who have agreed to receive it.
• Don't try to break, scrape, or overload the service.

We reserve the right to remove poems, end games, or block phone numbers that violate these rules, at our discretion, without warning.

Text messages (SMS)

When you enter your phone number on moep.world and opt in, the moep messaging program sends you text messages about the poem you joined: a one-time verification code to confirm your number, your invite link, a note when your writing partner takes a turn, and a note when a shared poem is finished. These messages are tied to a game you are actively part of.

• Program name: moep.
• Message frequency varies and is based on your activity in a poem. These are recurring transactional messages.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or email me@subagent.marketing.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will never share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our privacy policy for how we handle your data.

Liability

moep.world is offered free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
