Data deletion instructions
Last updated 15 May 2026.
This page explains how to request deletion of your data from moep.world,
in compliance with Meta Platform Terms and applicable privacy laws.
What data we hold about you
- Your first name (as entered when you started or joined a poem).
- Your WhatsApp phone number (E.164 format).
- The poem lines you wrote.
- The host invite code or game codes you participated in.
- A small set of anonymous interaction events (timestamps, page views) in our analytics provider.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to me@subagent.marketing from any address you have access to.
- Include in the body:
- The first name you registered with on moep.world.
- The phone number you registered with (so we can match the record).
- Optionally: any poem codes you'd like removed from the public gallery.
- We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
- We delete all matching records within 7 days. This includes your name, phone number, any games you hosted or joined, and any poems you contributed to (if you request poem removal).
- We email you a confirmation when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your first name and phone number, fully erased from our database.
- Your host invite (if any) and its dashboard link, invalidated.
- Your participation in games: your authorship is removed. The AI painting and the poem text are retained in the public gallery (with no name or phone attached) unless you specifically request the poem be removed too.
- Analytics records keyed to your identifiers, purged from PostHog.
What we cannot delete
- Messages already delivered to WhatsApp by Twilio. Those sit in Twilio's history outside our control. Contact Twilio directly for their own retention process.
- AI paintings already cached at upstream providers (Pollinations.ai). We delete our local copy but cannot reach into their cache.
